Beautiful large vintage woven floral tapestry featuring an abundant basket of flowers against a dramatic black background. The arrangement includes soft pink, ivory, blue, and rust-colored blossoms surrounded by richly detailed green foliage.
The tapestry has a classic European-inspired floral still-life design and is presented in a gold-tone frame with an ornate patterned inner border. The combination of the dark background, intricate weaving, and substantial size makes this a wonderful statement piece for a traditional interior, gallery wall, or collected home.
Appears to be a vintage jacquard-woven textile, likely dating to the latter half of the 20th century. Exact age and country of manufacture have not been confirmed.
Measures approximately 38.75 inches wide by 25.5 inches tall, including the frame.
Vintage condition with minor age-related wear to the frame and backing, as photographed. Ready to hang.
