This service is designed for concise, professional evaluations based on the photographs and information you provide.

If you’re trying to better understand what something is, how old it may be, where it likely originated, or what it could realistically sell for in today’s market, this is a great place to start.

Evaluations are conversational in nature and are not formal written appraisals. You will receive a clear, experience-based opinion along with general fair market value guidance based on current market trends and the photographs submitted.

This service is ideal for collectors, dealers, estate buyers, resellers, and individuals who are regularly sourcing antiques, artwork, and decorative objects and want ongoing professional insight on their pieces.

Please note that evaluations are intended for general market guidance, resale planning, and educational purposes only. They are not intended for insurance, tax, legal, charitable donation, or estate settlement use.

Turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days depending on submission volume and research required.

Submission Guidelines

Each item must be submitted in a separate email to help keep evaluations organized and ensure nothing is overlooked.

Please include:
• Clear, well-lit photographs in full resolution
• Measurements
• Photos of signatures, labels, markings, stamps, or construction details when applicable
• Any known history, provenance, receipts, or information you may have about the piece
• Notes regarding damage, repairs, restoration, or alterations

For artwork and paintings, please include photographs of the front, back, frame, stretcher, and corners.

For furniture and decorative objects, please include photographs from multiple angles along with close-ups of construction details and interiors of drawers or cabinets if applicable.

The quality and accuracy of an evaluation depends heavily on the quality of the photographs and information provided.
