Physical Description
Binding: Contemporary mottled calf leather, with gilt-tooled floral and ornamental motifs to spine. Red morocco title label with “Oeuvres de Crebillon” and volume number. Spine shows some wear, with cracking to hinges and losses to headcap.
Endpapers: Marbled paper, bold red, yellow, blue, and cream swirls.
Edges: Red-sprinkled page edges.
Size: Duodecimo (12mo, small and portable).
Condition: Noticeable external wear, particularly to spine and corners. Interior pages show light uniform toning, but text remains clean and legible.
